It appears that at least one coach needs a miracle to remain in his position. It looks like head coach Brandon Staley of the Los Angeles Chargers is doomed.
Jordan Schultz of Bleacher Report claims that the Chargers head coach requires a miracle:

Schultz reported :
โBrandon Staley, barring a miracle down the stretch, is out with the Los Angeles Chargers,โ โAnd the reason is, they have not had sustained regular season success, theyโve only been to one playoff game in three years that was a catastrophic loss to the Jaguars, their defense is consistently [in] the bottom half, or in this case, this season, bottom five across every major statistical category, including total defense, which is dead last.โ
So far in the 2023 NFL season, Staley has led the team to a 4-7 record. The squad lost a playoff game against the Jaguars despite leading 27-0 late in the first half. This season comes off that setback. The biggest lead blowing in Los Angeles’ franchise history was 27 points.
After that, Staley’s seat was already unbearably hot, and with the team appearing to be worse, he will soon be on the outside looking in.
It is also undeniable that the Chargers have perfected the art of snatching defeat from the mouths of victory under Staley. After seven one-score games, the 4โ7 Chargers have only won two of them. Staley is one game over.500 in his 45 games as a Chargers coach. His teams have never performed up to par.
