The moment in Philadelphia is dire with players like Jason Kelce and Jalen Hurts expressing their disappointment. They might be the league’s most depressing 10-4 squad ever.
The Eagles have lost their winning formula despite having championship-caliber skill and tenacity in the past. The defending NFC champions have dropped their last three games and have not scored 20 points in any of them, following a prime-time loss to the Seahawks.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts remarked of the now-10-4 team following the defeat, “I don’t think we’re committed enough.”. Hurts said,
“I’ve been talking about execution all year,” “Everyone being on the same page. We didn’t execute.
“I don’t think we’re committed enough. Just got to turn it around. You know, it’s a challenge that we have to embrace. Just continue to see it through.”
Jason Kelce responds to Jalen Hurts comments
Jason Kelce addressed it on his podcast after criticizing the whole team and found nothing wrong with what he said. He said on his podcast,
“That’s the attitude you have to have,” “I think when you’re not performing as a team, when you’re not winning games, the only thing you can do is go back and work that much more, go back and commit yourself that much harder.“We have great people in the building, we have people that want to win, I know that. There is no question in my mind about that.”
Although the 49ers are most likely to finish as the top seed in the NFC, Philadelphia is still in control of its NFC East destiny.

Jason Kelce in action for Eagles
The setback on Monday night was especially devastating because Kelce made a mistake by moving the ball forward before the play. A penalty was thrown before they could execute the ‘Tush Push’ and the Eagles would eventually have to settle for a field goal. All the difference may have been made by those four points.
