Brittish Williams has opened up about what led to criminal activity which led to her sentencing. According to Williams, her addiction to gambling addiction led to her criminal activity.
The “Basketball Wives” star added that gambling is worse than alcohol and drug addiction and now, she seems to be a changed person.

Brittish Williams was sentenced to four years in prison for fraud after getting addicted to gambling and other addictions.
She encountered an individual involved in shadier activities, who introduced her to methods of manipulating her finances, including unauthorized check deposits. Coupled with the misuse of social security numbers and incorrectly claiming her cousins’ children on her tax returns, her actions ultimately led to felony charges, including wire fraud.
She explained that her sentence feels unfair, especially given the relatively small amount of money involved and the non-violent nature of her crime. It seemed as though her sentence was influenced by her public persona rather than the objective assessment of her actions.
Brittish Williams seems to have regretted getting addicted to gambling and now, she’s never going back to it as she wants to stay clean.
