Omi in a Hellcat is currently serving his 5-and-a-half-year federal sentence for illegally selling copyrighted video content to his 790,000 subscribers but there is more trouble on his neck.
It’s reported that his girlfriend Mimi caught him cheating on her and now, he reportedly wants to compensate her with a whopping $25 million.

Omi is going all-out to get Mimi back, as he has written up a contract that would give Mimi $25 million if he’s caught cheating again. The contract was shared to Omi’s Instagram Stories, which shows that Mimi would get homes valued at nearly $5 million, a trust account with $18 million, and liquid assets totaling $620,000.
Omi also stated that he would refrain from uploading to YouTube, with a $10,000 penalty for each video created. Omi stated, “If this doesn’t prove it, [then] nothing will.”
Omi isn’t offering Mimi $25 million for cheating on her but rather, she gets the money and other properties if he’s caught cheating again.
