In six seasons as a starter, Patrick Mahomes will be making his fourth start in the NFL’s greatest game in Super Bowl 58. Because of his reputation as the best quarterback in professional football, everything frequently comes up “Mahomes”.

However, that does not mean he always has influence over how the public, and the NFL media in particular, perceives him.
Following their victory in the AFC championship game on Sunday, the Kansas City Chiefs‘ postgame locker room is showcased in a recent video from NFL Films/Inside the NFL.

Mahomes didn’t have on a shirt when the camera cut to him speaking, which is generally to be expected in an NFL locker room just after a game. If nobody called your attention to it, you would ignore it.
However, after seeing the video on Twitter, Mahomes felt it painted him in an unfavorable way and compared his physical appearance to having a “dad bod”.
Yoooo why they have to do me like that!?!?!? 🤣🤣🤣 #DadBodSZN
