LeBron James is flagrant fouled by Dillon Brooks during the Lakers vs. Rockets game

The Houston Rockets hosted the Los Angeles Lakers in Texas on Monday night. The majority of the game was dominated by the Rockets, who prevailed 135-119.

With 34 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 steal, and a 12/23 shooting percentage in 41 minutes, Jalen Green led the way.

After taking a hard blow to the head from Dillon Brooks during the fourth quarter, LeBron James had a terrifying tumble. Fortunately, Brooks was called for a Flagrant 1 foul rather than being sent off, and James was free to continue playing.

In 28 minutes of action, Brooks ended with 17 points, five rebounds, one assist, one steal, and a 7/12 shooting and a 2/4 three-point shooting percentage.

The Rockets’ record after 46 games is at 22-24, good for them to hold the 11th seed in the Western Conference.

In the twenty-five games they have played on their home field in Houston, they have an outstanding 17-8 record. On Wednesday night, the Rockets will host the New Orleans Pelicans after the Lakers.

James finished with 23 points, six rebounds, ten assists, one steal, and two blocks in 37 minutes of play. He also shot 2/5 from three points range and 9/15 from the field overall. The Lakers are now ranked ninth in the Western Conference after going 24–24 in 48 games.

They will now travel to Georgia to play Tuesday night at State Farm Arena against Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks.
