Las Vegas Raiders’ star Maxx Crosby isn’t joking around looking at how he has been vocal about the team’s interim coach Antonio Piece.
Maxx will not be a happy person if the coach isn’t hired by the team and will explore other trade options should he not be hired as the Las Vegas Raiders’ head coach.
“Sources say there remains support among many in the extended Raiders family for interim coach Antonio Pierce including in the locker room.
“And All-Pro edge rusher Maxx Crosby expressing he will explore a trade request if Pierce isn’t retained,” NFL Media reported.
Crosby has endorsed hiring Pierce full-time since Josh McDaniels was fired and continued his support in a short social media post on Friday that said #HireAP.
On his podcast, Saturday, ‘The Rush with Maxx Crosby,’ he communicated how challenging going through a rebuild is and how he wants to stay with the team, but explained he will have to factor everything into the choice.

“I’m going to have to consider everything,” Crosby said on The Rush.
“Honestly, nothing’s off the table.
“I’ve made it loud and clear that I want to be a Raider for life.
“I want to be here. I want to win here.
“I want to retire here. But if we go and start from scratch again, I got to consider everything,” Crosby expressed.
Now the ball is in the court of the Las Vegas Raiders’ management to choose between Maxx leaving the team or hiring interim coach Antonio Piece. It’s a tough one but hopefully, the management comes to a mutual conclusion.
