In a recently circulated video, a mic’d-up DeMeco Ryans accurately calls Joe Flacco‘s game-changing pick-six during last Saturday’s Houston Texans vs. Cleveland Browns Wild Card Round.
With a late third-quarter deficit of 31-14, the Browns tried to score on a 4th-and-2 play from their own 33-yard line. However, Christian Harris, a second-year linebacker, saw all of this coming and picked off Flacco for a pick-six that helped Houston win the game:

Prior to the interception, Ryans and Harris were seen speaking on the sidelines, as captured by cameras and microphones. Knowing full well what was coming, Ryans instructed Harris to “step in front of it” for an interception and to “play the quarterback.”
Here’s DeMeco Ryans telling Christian Harris step by step how to pick off Joe Flacco for the Texans 2nd pick six.

Flacco threw a pick-six for the second time that quarter. Houston had a three-point lead minutes earlier after Steven Nelson picked off Flacco and returned it 82 yards for a touchdown.
The Texans won their first playoff game in four years with the 45-15 triumph. Ryans and company will now go to Baltimore to take on Lamar Jackson and the #1-seeded Ravens in an attempt to secure Houston’s first-ever trip to the AFC Championship Game.
When the Ravens and Texans faced off in Week 1, C.J. Stroud’s first NFL game, the Ravens easily won 25-9 at home. The two teams would reunite at the same location more than four months later.
But the stakes are considerably bigger this time.
