Former forward PJ Tucker is looking for a fresh start somewhere else. ESPN claims those are his own words.
According to Ohm of ” The Hoop Collective” ,
“I’m not saying they’re gonna make a massive move, but they did just get Ivica Zubac back against Miami,” “And so now they have three bigs. And of course they do have P.J. Tucker who wants to be traded, has made no secret about that. He even told me that just last week in Toronto. I think his words were ‘actively looking to get traded.’”
The 38-year-old Tucker has been a frequently mentioned name among Suns supporters as a possible buyout candidate.
Tucker was featured by Kevin Hicks of Sports Illustrated as one of the three “dream” buy-out candidates:
“Tucker has been linked to Phoenix as a potential fit for years now as well, much like Young. He spent 4.5 seasons in Phoenix before being traded to Toronto at the trade deadline in 2017.
