How has Russell Westbrook’s role evolved

With the Clippers, Westbrook’s role has evolved significantly, yet he can still produce at a high level in little time.

The Clippers have won 23 of their past 28 games, demonstrating their recent dominance. Rebounding from a discouraging defeat to the Cavaliers, the Clippers dispatched of the Washington Wizards on Wednesday evening.

Westbrook finished his 21 minutes against Washington with 9 points, 7 assists, and 3 rebounds. With 31 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, and 4 steals, Kawhi Leonard led the way. In the absence of Paul George, James Harden contributed 25 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 blocks as the Clippers defeated Washington.

Although George was out due to groin pain, the Clippers had enough to defeat the Wizards even without him. Regaining their winning streak, the Clippers have improved to 31-15 from a 3-7 beginning.
