It’s not over yet for the Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson as he could be facing further punishment from the NFL over his massage lawsuits.
Now the lawyer for the plaintiff in a sexual misconduct lawsuit has petitioned the court on February 6, 2024, to force the Browns quarterback to give an in-person deposition by August 1, 2024.

The plaintiff’s attorney has highlighted that the original deposition was cut short due to instructions from Watson’s attorney, Rusty Hardin, not to answer certain questions about other cases filed against him.
According to court documents, the plaintiff seeks to compel Watson’s re-deposition to ensure proper discovery and obtain crucial answers.
“Plaintiff seeks an order from this Court compelling the re-deposition of Defendant Watson in order to propound allowable discovery and have such answers produced,” stated lawyer David Bickham in the court filing.
Deshaun Watson has always denied the wild sexual assault allegations and he is still maintaining his innocence in the face of the allegations. The NFL has already punished them for his previous massage indiscretions, but if any new information were to come out about anything that happened after the suspension, they could retake a look at the situation.
