Every Tuesday, Shaquille O’Neal and Candace Parker collaborate on Inside the NBA, which gives them weekly opportunities to have a great time both on and off the show. Following their most recent chance to do so, O’Neal posted a little glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes on Instagram. And as it happens, a big portion of the genuinely entertaining clip featured his “lil booty.”
Public or private, “The Big Diesel” has always enjoyed making jokes about himself. Parker seemed to be compelled to share his joke on Instagram after joking about how big his back is in comparison to his behind.
“Yo, Shaq got a big old back, but a lil booty. Look at his lil booty! [laughs]”
O’Neal shared the clip on Instagram with the following caption, indicating that he found it amusing.
“She said I gotta big back and a lil booty #dam”
It is hardly surprising that the Lakers icon relished this brief moment with his TNT co-host. After all, he is well known for posting the following on social media with the description, “this is how my #BBL going to look when I come back to work,” when he had to take a leave of absence for hip surgery.
Having said that, O’Neal is capable of exacting retribution, even though he might not mind being the target of jokes. Regretfully, for Candace Parker, he did it while everyone else was laughing at her.
