As Insider Disproves the “JJ to Chargers” Theory, JJ McCarthy Can’t Stop Raving About the Giants

There is a lot of excitement and conjecture surrounding the NFL draft on which teams will select certain players. In addition, predictions regarding which players will be selected higher in the draft are made before of time. JJ McCarthy is among them. McCarthy was a highly anticipated choice who produced some incredible victories for the University of Michigan. He’s probably going to be cut early in the draft. Interestingly, it appears that he may know where he is heading.

McCarthy acknowledged that there’s a potential he’s going to the New York Giants in a conversation with Rich Eisen. He also mentioned how comfortable he felt with the Giants’ personnel and the affinity he had grown for them when speaking with Eisen. The quarterback appears to now think he will play for the Big Apple.

He didn’t hesitate when asked where he intended to play in the NFL. He declared,

“I mean, I’ve somewhat of an idea. New York Giants have spent the most time with you know. They’re a phenomenal staff love Coach Dable, love, you know, Mr. Shane, love Coach Tierney, Coach Kafka, Chicago guy just being able to go in there.”

McCarthy looks to be determined on joining the Giants, and Draft Night will likely reveal to the world if he does. Remarkably, his words corroborate other reports that had been floating about regarding his draft destination.

Furthermore, McCarthy wasn’t the only person to refute these claims. To refute these reports, a certain NFL Insider also resorted to X (Twitter).
