Throughout his brilliant 21-year career, LeBron James has faced criticism from a number of sources. Based on his opinions, Skip Bayless, the leader of these criticisms, has gained the moniker “LeBron hater.” He even criticized King James for being a “lousy free-throw shooter” earlier in the season when LBJ griped about not receiving foul calls in the paint. The 72-year-old made it clear in a recent post on X that he has no intention of slowing down anytime soon.
Bayless, who takes great satisfaction in being an outlier in the industry, won’t give the 39-year-old any refuge. He posted, reiterating his position on the Lakers superstar saying,
“Undisputed is one show that will not apologize for and protect LeBron James.”

Remarkably, this occurs just a few days after Bayless asserted that LeBron is blessed with the abilities of a stronger team heading into the playoffs. He stated on his “UNDISPUTED” program,
“The Lakers are going to win tomorrow night and they are going to win the series in 6. I believe that the basketball gods have tapped LeBron James on the shoulder.”
Paul Pierce, his co-star on the show, disagreed with him even though he appeared certain in his assessment of the Lakers’ superiority.
The Truth claimed that the Nuggets are still the “Lakers daddy” and that nothing has changed from the previous season. He continued by saying that following Game 1, the Nuggets would have defeated the Lakers eight times in a row. His assessment proved accurate in the end, as Nikola Jokic’s squad destroyed the Lakers in their first meeting. Bayless vented his wrath at LeBron following the Denver Nuggets’ demonstration of their error.
