J.J. McCarthy’s Girlfriend’s Leather Costume Becomes Viral as We Check Out Who She Is

Not all of J.J. McCarthy‘s family’s media attention came from the Minnesota Vikings selecting him in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. His girlfriend Katya Kuropas made waves on social media at the event with her gorgeous leather costume.

Kuropas is no stranger to the spotlight, having attracted notice for a number of reasons in the last few years. Her 2024 NFL Draft attire, nevertheless, almost caused a stir on the internet.

Katya Kuropas is not a regular WAG

McCarthy started dating Kuropas in 2018 while McCarthy was a student at Illinois’ Nazareth Academy. Their bond persisted even after McCarthy moved to Florida in 2020 to attend IMG Academy.

In October 2020, McCarthy shared a heartfelt Instagram post declaring his love for “the woman of my dreams” as they marked their second dating anniversary.

Kuropas has consistently stood behind McCarthy, going to Michigan game days while he was starting quarterback for the Wolverines in 2022.

When McCarthy led the Michigan Wolverines to a national championship victory over the Washington Huskies in January 2024, their odyssey came to an end. McCarthy proposed to Kuropas after the victory; in her Instagram post, Kuropas referenced their dog, Marley.

“Me, You, and Marley Forever & Ever,” Kuropas wrote.

In October 2023, the pair marked their fifth wedding anniversary, with McCarthy having just completed her junior year of college. Here are a few more pics from her Instagram handle.
