Kevin Durant Hints He Doesn’t Give a Damn About Anthony Edwards’ DX Celebration

The Phoenix Suns‘ chances of making the playoffs appear to be all but crushed by the Minnesota Timberwolves. With three games remaining in this first-round series, the T-Wolves are one win away from sweeping a team for the first time in franchise history.

Anthony Edwards was ecstatic to defeat a squad with three major names, including his favorite player, following his victory in Game 3. This was cause for celebration. Edwards hit the DX celebration on the Suns, who were being jeered by their home crowd following the lackluster effort.

A video of Kevin Durant talking about Edwards’ celebration in a post-game interview was shared by NBA Insider Gerald Bourguet on X.

It’s interesting to note that the two-time NBA champion didn’t mind if Ant-Man celebrated the manner he pleased following the match. After a game, he thought the Timberwolves could do whatever they wanted. KD said,

“You win the game, do whatever you want.”

Edwards delivered another outstanding performance in Game 3 against the Suns. He clearly emerged as a standout to lead the Wolves, posting 36 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 steals. However, no club in NBA history has ever recovered from a 0–3 deficit, so Phoenix is in a tough spot to escape.

Even though Ant has every right to celebrate this milestone in his career, the crude style of the celebration could result in a fine from the league.
