Micah Parsons apparently took issue with the Cowboys‘ use of their first-round pick. Fans objected to their weak response after signing a potential player and even adding another pick to their arsenal because of his convincing facial gestures. Supporters claimed that Parsons frequently makes headlines. Others claimed the LB is incompetent at selecting players, particularly when Dallas selected Mazi Smith in the previous season. Others noted that since Guyton is a fantastic choice, he needs an excuse to gripe and grumble about everything. As fans stated,
Guyton was a good pick for them imo lol he’s trippin

Love Micah but he made us pick Mazi last year, soo he can chill. We filled a hole in the OL we needed.
Not a sexy pick but the trade back to get an another 3rd pick was a great move. Now we have a total of 4 top 100 picks

Given how well Tackles were selected early in the draft, Tyler Guyton’s selection by the Cowboys and their subsequent acquisition of a draft pick appears like a brilliant business decision, even though he is a project who will need to develop and adapt.

The majority of tackles have lengthy careers with the clubs that choose them, and the OT position is valuable. It appears that Jerry Jones and the front office are attempting to fill the gaps via the draft, which is a less expensive alternative given they have to pay Prescott, Lamb, and Parsons this year or next year. They have been accused of being inert throughout the free agency period.
