The controversial O.J. Simpson, who was a Hall of Famer and MVP and one of the greatest running backs in NFL history, was primarily recognized for his contentious 1994 acquittal of the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman. Simpson passed away on April 10 of this month.
Even though O.J. Simpson’s cancer diagnosis was widely known, it has never been confirmed whether the former NFL player’s condition was the cause of his death. In fact, Malcolm LaVergne, Simpson’s longtime attorney, reportedly told People that his client died of metastatic prostate cancer.

In May 2023, O.J. Simpson declared he had cancer. LaVergne provided the following information about the illness and death of the former NFL player, who was 76 years old.

It was only disclosed two months ago that Simpson had been diagnosed with prostate cancer and was receiving chemotherapy treatment at a Las Vegas hospital, despite earlier suspicions of his failing health.
Some months back, there was a report that he was terminally ill and receiving palliative care. O.J. Simpson refuted this as well, but pictures of him appearing to struggle and use a cane did surface.
