Recently, Shaquille O’Neal expressed admiration for BKFC featherweight competitor Howard “HD” Davis’ way of thinking. The 52-year-old NBA icon celebrated a recent comment from Davis in one of his loops on his Instagram story. The inspirational message impacted “Shaq” at first, but there was another reason that connected the former athlete to the video.
In his most recent bout, which took place on March 15 of this year, “HD” Davis defeated Sean Wilson in the second round. Davis’s freshly published reel’s background score revealed the motto he had been adhering to the entire time. The fighter even meant for everyone who watched him to take away the same lesson, as the narrator in his clip stated,
“You don’t realize how big you are. You gotta remind people who you are.”
Shaq has endured immense hardships to become a renowned player in the NBA, much like Davis. Because of this, the former basketball star could identify with the reek, and his gratitude for it was evident on his Instagram story.

Even in the most desperate circumstances, people were taught to maintain their faith in themselves by the BKFC fighter’s reel. Shaq could identify to Davis’ upload because he had gone through similar difficult times in his career.
