After one of their officers was accused of molesting a lady in an OnlyFans video, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) fired the officer.
The person who had allegedly taken part in the “production” of a fictitious traffic stop was identified on Wednesday as Sean Herman, a three-year police department employee.
Herman was fired by Chief John Drake on Thursday, about twenty-four hours after the department found the video, and the MNPD reports that he was let go immediately.
When a video showing Officer Herman touching a woman’s breasts while wearing a uniform during a fictitious traffic stop went viral, Metro Nashville police claim they dismissed him.
The reason behind Sean Herman’s termination
The OnlyFans singer is seen in the video having his genitalia visibly grabbed through his pants after the officer is shown allegedly reaching into the car and stroking his chest.
The woman who first uploaded the video, “I can’t believe he didn’t arrest me,” was Jordin, and she used lewd gestures to avoid paying a speeding fine.
The man posing as Herman tells her she was traveling 65 mph in a 45 mph zone and introduces himself as “Officer Johnson of PD” as he gets closer to the driver’s door. From the rear windshield, where a white squad car can be seen, the man pans the camera. Then, we hear Jordin, the woman, say,
“I’m not going to get a ticket…I’m going to show him my t**s.”
Jordin is informed by the officer, “Ma’am, it’s 2024.” “It’s always possible to view t**s on the internet,” Jordin asks. “But what if you actually touched them?”
The officer’s face is kept out of frame by the camera, but for a split second, viewers can make out what looks to be the lower portion of a Metro Nashville Police Department patch on the officer’s shoulder. Investigative reporter Levi Ismail of News Channel 5 stated the following regarding the story in an Instagram video:
“If we hadn’t seen that patch, I don’t know if we’d be having this conversation right now,”
