In a recent post on her IG Story, the athlete was seen rocking some sexy workout gear as she tackled a pilates session. Talk about dedication! Wearing a plunging crop-top and tight leggings, the Instagram icon was filmed from the type of mischievous angles you don’t normally see in workout videos.
Kayla is clearly taking an holistic approach to recovering from a serious knee problem she suffered in March.
The former national-league college ace was hurt when she landed badly after a shot at the net.
“Well, there goes my knee,” she posted at the time – next to a clip of the incident.
She also revealed her creative way of soothing the injury – tucking a bottle of cold beer under a trouser-leg.
But despite her frustration, Kayla is still providing as much attention as ever to her online fanbase.
She captioned her latest sultry offering: “Mat pilates with a torn acl.”
And although her nasty injury meant she had to wear a knee brace, the setting looked idyllic – with a leafy tree shading her from the sun.
At one stage, a friend could be seen working out alongside her as Kayla switched from front to rear view.
