When it comes to ownership of the NFL, Peyton Manning has no intention of facing off against his longtime rival, Tom Brady. Rob Walton, who was keen to include the Broncos great in the new ownership group, floated Manning’s name when the Denver Broncos ownership was up for grabs.
Manning has chosen to remain out of the Denver Broncos‘ daily operations in spite of the hype. Despite his strong rapport with the Walton-Penner family, he has no desire to take the helm. As an ambassador for the Broncos, the NFL legend is currently happy to enjoy his relationship with the organization without the burden of ownership.
According to “The Orange and Blue Today” podcast, he recently said:
“I don’t think that’s anywhere on my radar by any means, I love being an ambassador for the Broncos and for the Colts, for the University of Tennessee. Obviously, living here I get to go to all the Broncos games. I was out at the facility the other day… I love being around the team as an ambassador, but as far as running the team, that’s not on my rada right now.“

Finally, Manning’s career after retirement from football is thriving, especially in the media. With a major deal already in place with ESPN, his company, Omaha Productions, and his brother Eli will continue to wow fans with their ManningCast during Monday Night Football.
Omaha Productions has been successful, generating revenue as well as enjoyment. In fact, it keeps the Manning brothers in touch with football and their supporters.
However, Tom Brady is having considerable difficulty obtaining a share of the Las Vegas Raiders. As Brady successfully manages these difficulties, Manning appears to be content with his position as a media guru and representative for the Broncos.
