On an Exclusive NBA List, Anthony Edwards Joins Kobe Bryant

During the first game, Anthony Edwards created NBA history. In the first game of their second-round playoff series, Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves took on the Denver Nuggets on Saturday night in Colorado.

The Timberwolves prevailed 106-99 after an intensely competitive game. In just 42 minutes of play, Edwards scored an amazing 43 points, pulled down seven rebounds, dished out three assists, stole one, and blocked two shots. He also shot 17/29 from the field and 3/7 from three points. He also created NBA history by being added to an elite list alongside the great Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers.

In 41 minutes of action in Game 4, Edwards finished with 40 points, nine rebounds, six assists, one steal, and two blocks on 13/23 shooting from the field and 7/13 from three-point range.

He is among the top 15 players in the NBA and is perhaps the finest shooting guard.

With a 56-26 record, the Timberwolves have the third seed in the Western Conference. They have made it to the second round of the NBA playoffs for the first time in their three seasons of participation.
