Drama alert! Stephen Curry has followed LeBron James’ path and unfollowed Diddy on Instagram after the rapper admitted to physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie.
What’s going on in the world of celebrities these days? Everyone is trying to dissociate themselves from Diddy as he’s likely to face trial and end up in jail just like R. Kelly.
After LeBron James, Steph Curry has also unfollowed Diddy on Instagram after the rapper admitted to physically assaulting his ex-girlfriend, pop star Cassie, amid serious abuse allegations.
This move follows Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ decision to do the same last month.
Diddy recently shared a video apologizing for assaulting Cassie in a hotel hallway back in 2016. The apology came after CNN released footage showing Diddy, dressed in a white towel, punching, kicking, and dragging Cassie, as well as throwing a vase at her. In the video, Diddy called his actions “inexcusable” and expressed that he was “truly sorry.”
“It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that,’ Diddy said.
“I went and I sought out professional help. I got into going to therapy, going to rehab. I had to ask God for his mercy and grace. I’m so sorry. But I’m committed to be a better man each and every day. I’m not asking for forgiveness. I’m truly sorry.”
Well, looks like Stephen Curry is not here for any kind of violence. After Diddy admitted to physically assaulting Cassie, Steph unfollowed him on Instagram. It’s great to see someone taking a stand against such behavior.
