In response to last week’s attempted assassination, UFC President Dana White praised close friend and colleague Donald Trump. White gave a laudatory speech about Trump, 78, on Pat McAfee’s show today after inviting the mogul.

In order to share the news while traveling to Italy, the 54-year-old UFC CEO’s wife Anne woke him up. According to White, one of the first persons to contact him following the devastating news was UFC fighter Conor McGregor. He said on Pat McAfee show,
“This guy is almost 80 years old,” . “The guy tried to blow his head off.
“And to have the reaction that he did when he got up, this guy has been a friend of mine for 25 years, one of the greatest human beings I’ve ever met.” “He’s an unbelievable friend, and he’s forever now the ultimate American badass.” “Obviously he’s a very close friend of mine and so I started freaking out and grabbed my phone,”.
“I had like 350 text messages, so I was trying to figure out what was going on.” “Conor was one of the guys who reached out to me in support.” “Taking a shot at the President, some of the things that were being said… this is a former President and a candidate! “Imagine if somebody took a shot at [Joe] Biden, or [Barrack] Obama, or [Hillary] Clinton.”
When 20-year-old Thomas Crooks, the lone gunman, opened fire from a rooftop during a political rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, Trump was hit in the ear.
