Paul Pierce has something to say and its music to any Team USA fan. In a USAB showcase, Team USA defeated the Men’s National Basketball Team of Serbia. With a 105-79 victory, USA triumphed over the squad captained by Nikola Jokic by a margin of 26 points. Even though the victory was spectacular, Team USA could yet face competition from other national teams at the Olympics. Paul Pierce, though, is certain that this American team will easily defeat every team and win the gold medal at the Olympics.
Recently, the legendary Boston Celtics player boldly stated as much on FS1’s Undisputed. Pierce gave co-hosts Skip Bayless and Keyshawn Johnson prop gold medals, thrilled about Team USA’s decisive victory over Serbia. He announced that the competition was already over and promised to win the gold medal.

Pierce went so far as to call this US Olympic team one of the best ever put together. He said,
“It’s over. The USA team got it, baby. They got it. C’mon now. If this wasn’t as convincing to show you…That looks easy, that looked easy out there…It’s over. We looking at one of the greatest teams ever assembled. The way they dismantled the Joker.”
Following that, Pierce and Johnson talked about the opening two quarters of the USA vs. Serbia match. While Nikola Jokic and the others started the game strong, Team USA had a sizable advantage by the third quarter after substituting in most of their second unit players.
“We saw Joker get dominated yesterday. We saw him get dominated yesterday. C’mon now, this thing is over…They don’t even got Kevin Durant yet…This is about as guarantee as a Floyd Mayweather boxing match that they gonna win gold…Ain’t nobody beating the US.”
The 2008 NBA Champion praised Team USA’s deep bench and the way the second unit kept the lead in points. Pierce went so far as to invite supporters to wager on the United States’ gold medal victory because he considers it over.
