New video shows the startling aftermath of a man who is being sought by Philadelphia police for reportedly masturbating on a woman’s leg in a Dollar Tree.
The alleged victim appears to have shot the video that was uploaded on X. In it, she can be seen chasing a man out of the store and screaming to everyone that he had ejaculated upon her leg while she was shopping. She then quickly leaves the scene.

With a post titled “Let’s play manhunt,” Meek Mill had also joined in on this and is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to the culprit. Naturally, the public is wanted by the authorities to assist in identifying the man.
Police get hold of the culprit as he turns himself in
In relation to an indecent assault that happened inside a Dollar Tree store, Gary A. Miles, 35, of Southwest Philadelphia, has been identified and taken into custody by Philadelphia officials.
Miles allegedly ejaculated on a woman’s leg, according to police reports. A portion of the incident was caught on camera, and on Wednesday, it went popular on X, the previous Twitter platform. The video showed a woman yelling and chasing a man into the parking lot.
Miles turned himself in to police voluntarily, according to Philadelphia police, who made the announcement hours after the video went viral. A police official said, “The PPD is grateful to the public for their assistance in locating Mr. Miles.”
Employees at the stores told the police that Miles frequently visits the Snyder Plaza neighborhood and the neighboring I-95 underpass, where he is thought to park his car. FOX29 confirmed this information.
