With a funny video that they uploaded to their X account, the Kansas City Chiefs allowed fans to see a lighter side of their star quarterback, Patrick Mahomes. The video only demonstrated Mahomes’ capacity to maintain his teammates’ attention under the rigors of team practice.
In the video, Mahomes realizes all of a sudden that he has not put on his protective pants below his practice outfit. “Oh man, I forgot to put on my pants!” he cried, then turned to face his friends and asked, “You think anyone notices?”
Following some time spent aimlessly, Mahomes attempts to console himself by thinking, “Perhaps they’ll think my quads are so big that they look like pants.”
When he returns to the field dressed appropriately, Mahomes doesn’t stop laughing. During practice, he makes light of his sense of being disconnected from modern music by joking, saying:
“Like I know I’m getting old. Like I listen to all types of music too. I don’t know s**t out here.”
