Even though Jeremy Lamb recently announced his retirement from the NBA, he still has connections to the franchise because he is dating Anjali, the daughter of team owner Vivek Ranadivé, who was formerly the general manager of the team’s G League affiliate.
The new couple went public with their affair in an Instagram post on Monday … showing them sharing a kiss as they played with some wolf canines to promote Anjali’s Jaws and Paws animal refuge.
Anjali was the general manager of the Stockton Kings from June 2023 until her resignation in January of this year. It’s an intriguing pairing. It was said at the time that she left the job to pursue other interests.
Conversely, Lamb became a member of Sac-Town through a trade in February 2022. A year later, he was waived, but in November, he was recalled to the Stockton roster and played there until an injury ended his season in March.
The 2012 No. 12 overall pick, who spent ten seasons playing for the Thunder, Hornets, Pacers, and Kings, most recently announced his retirement from professional basketball in August. It’s unclear if the two’s connection began when Lamb was working for the group or if this is a brand-new case of wolf and puppy love. In any case, don’t be shocked if they easily win a few Kings games during the next campaign—they have a great connection, after all.
