A federal lawsuit has accused Kanye West of sexually abusing a model on the “porn-like” set of a music video.
Jenn An, a former star of America’s Next Top Model, is suing West, who is now known as Ye, for allegedly engaging in “pornographic gagging” and “BDSM festishes” on the set.
Regarding the 2010 incident in which she claims West choked her until she blacked out, An is now suing Universal Music Group.
Before “towering over” her, “breaking heavily,” and “smothering” her face, she claims he told her to sit on a chair.
This could be trouble for Kanye West
He yelled, “This is art,” and reports that this continued for over a minute. F**king art, this. I resemble Picasso.
He allegedly then “rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex.”
According to Rolling Stone, the suit says: “On camera, defendant West began to choke plaintiff with one hand.
“He then wrapped his other hand around her neck and continued to strangle her with both hands,” “He then rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her.”
Her experience as the lead in West and La Roux’s “In For the Kill” music video is described in court docs from the New York lawsuit that TMZ was able to view. “Give me the Asian girl” is apparently how West chose her from a lineup for the project.
He reportedly remarked, “That’s why I chose you,” after she had been dressed in little underwear for the photo shoot at a hotel in New York.
