Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs‘s legal issue is getting more and more heated. Various statements from others involved in his judicial process are in addition to the accusations of rape and sexual abuse. Because of this, Combs has requested through his legal team that the judge impose a sort of “gag order” in order to restrict public interventions.
One of the witnesses, Courtney Burgess, has made multiple remarks to the media, and ‘Diddy’ Combs is not happy about her frequent appearances.
As a result, the defense team for the artist is now requesting that others participating in the process refrain from speaking outside of the courtroom.
According to reports, Burgess is among many who have seen footage or seen scenes of Combs in explicit settings. The music producer’s defense team has so far rejected this, calling Burgess’ information untrue and an effort to put further pressure on his client, who is under investigation by the police.
Diddy is awaiting trial
In any event, the facts remain that Combs is still being investigated and that the charges against him are still mounting. However, his legal team is concentrating on attempting to demonstrate that present pressures will prevent Sean “Diddy” Combs from receiving a fair trial.
Since September, the artist has been detained, and a number of victims have come forward to testify. Combs faces charges of extortion, forced sex trafficking, fraud or coercion, and prostitution-related transportation. He is still awaiting trial in Brooklyn’s MDC.
