Despite being imprisoned, Luigi Mangione is not keeping quiet. In a blatant attack, the University of Pennsylvania alumnus is accused of k***ing and sh**ting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
When Luigi Mangione was eventually spotted eating breakfast at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania this week, he had something to say. After being taken out of a car, he shouted at reporters outside a courthouse in Pennsylvania to convey a message to the American people.
As he walked into the courthouse, Mangione shouted: “It’s completely out of touch and is an insult to the American people and their lived experience!”

As the 26-year-old fought against their grip and screamed at cameras, two officers slammed him into a wall and then pushed him into the building.
He is currently refusing to voluntarily travel to New York to face charges of murder of Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare.
After a six-day manhunt, the 26-year-old was apprehended Monday at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Along with phony identification documents, Altoona detectives discovered a 3D-printed handgun and silencer in his rucksack.
Despite being treated like a criminal by law police, Luigi Mangione has received a lot of appreciation for his activities on social media.
