The controversy surrounding Cardi B and Offset’s relationship came to light on Wednesday, December 18, when the ex-couple revealed their problems in a furious social media argument.
Cardi accused Set of following her to the club, which appeared to be the catalyst for the most recent confrontation when they were seen together in the same Miami nightclub over the weekend that Offset celebrated his 33rd birthday.
In response, the Migos rapper tried to refute the story by sharing a picture he took of Cardi earlier that evening that showed they were together. He wrote: “Nobody win when the fam fight stop capping to these ppl to make yourself look like the hoe,” “It ain’t the look u a fire [woman] good music but you focus on dick and tryna make me look bad focus bra this shit is whack from us both honestly. Drop the album and go up.”
Cardi B and Offset feud gets dirty in public
Offset’s recommendations were not well received by the Grammy-winning rapper, so Cardi took to X Spaces to say that although she gave Set “spite time” and “attention for one day,” it meant nothing in terms of their potential future together.
For them to both go on with their lives, Cardi followed up with X and demanded that he sign their divorce papers. She answered: “So dating because I’m single means I’m just worried about dick?? You sound like a dummy,” “Trying to be fake nice after you did what you wanted from the beginning trying to push a narrative to these people. Congratulations!! Fuck off and sign the papers TODAY.”
Offset responded to the divorce demand by referring to her as “single and miserable” and requesting shared custody of their three children. She responded by saying: “You thought nikkas wasn’t going to be on me cause in your words I got 3 kids in my thirties,” “I’m miserable I don’t bother none of the hoes you fck but every guy I talk to you dming and talkin shit about me like let’s not !”

Over the summer, Cardi B filed for divorce a second time, but it doesn’t seem like the terms have been completed. They have a newborn girl, a 3-year-old son named Wave, and a 6-year-old Kulture.
