One of the main victims of the Drake vs Kendrick Lamar feud was the friendship between Drake and LeBron James. James changed sides to back Compton’s best, making it obvious that he had no interest in working with Drake. Drake’s affections for the NBA player have been the subject of a great deal of conjecture as a result.
When Chris Blake Griffith posted a purported direct message from Drizzy on Tuesday, in which he made references to LeBron James being an unfaithful husband, tensions appeared to reach a breaking point. But now the rapper says the DM isn’t real.
In a quote, DJ Akademiks said that Drake’s remarks in the Chris Blake Griffith direct message were made up. According to Akademiks:
“This is a fake DM,” “Drake called buddy a Rat….. he got mad and made up some fake DM to try to make the blogs and go viral. end of story.”

Now, this makes sense as we have never seen Drake bad-mouth LeBron James.

DJ Akademiks has a history of making a lot of bad forecasts. When he has the opportunity, he has also been known to support the Toronto superstar by donning a cape for Drake. However, it has also been established that Ak and Drake are romantically involved. It’s very likely that he could disprove a phony direct message.
