When she finally took a stand against fellow golf influencer Paige Spiranac, Grace Charis did not hold back. Charis, far from being envious, used some of her claims to conceal her “rival.”
With their combination of glitzy photos and playing advice, the two golfers have enormous Instagram followings. Spiranac has 4 million Instagram followers alone, making her the most popular person on the internet.
Even tagging her profile with “Your favorite golf girl :)” shows how quickly Charis has been closing. In June of last year, she enthusiastically shared a video of her “first hole in one ever!!!” which sent her credentials skyrocketing.

With a handicap rating of +3.4 as opposed to +5 for her American counterpart, Spiranac has the advantage. Charis has now voiced her opinion on how the two complement one other, at least in the eyes of fans.
She stated to the Mail: “I get compared to her a lot, but I don’t know much of her stuff.
“It doesn’t come up on my feed, either. So I don’t know too much about what she does, but she seems nice.” “She seems like she’s a good golfer, too.”I think that’s good for everybody, to be good at the sport and promote the sport. It’s kind of the goal.”
Fans who are less forgiving may believe that was a subtle jab at Spiranac, who celebrated her cameo appearance in a trailer for the upcoming Happy Gilmore 2 last week. “Entertainment adjacent” is what Northern Irish legend Rory McIlroy used to describe them, suggesting that some social media celebrities divert attention from the actual game.
Spiranac, however, has responded to these recommendations by criticizing what she sees as a stuffy attitude toward her clothes and playful demeanor.
