Micah Parsons is furious and he’s going to let the world know about it. After playing for the Dallas Cowboys for more than ten years, DeMarcus Lawrence inked a contract with the Seattle Seahawks this summer.
He caused a stir on Thursday when he said quite simply that even though Dallas is his home, he was “for sure” that he would never win a Super Bowl with the Cowboys.
His former teammates were unlikely to take well to such a remark, and Micah Parsons, who is often online, quickly responded. Parsons criticized Lawrence on his remarks in an offensive tweet posted on his X account.
Parsons concluded his writing with a clown emoji: “This what rejection and envy look like! This some clown s—,”

Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence go back and forth on Twitter
Lawrence quickly replied in kind, telling Parsons that if the All-Pro linebacker “spent less time tweeting and more time winning,” he wouldn’t have gone.
Calling me a clown won’t change the fact that I told the truth. Maybe if you spent less time tweeting and more time winning, I wouldn’t have left.😈

In reaction to Parsons’ Twitter, Lawrence posted the following on his X account: “Calling me a clown won’t change the fact that I told the truth,”
“Maybe if you spent less time tweeting and more time winning, I wouldn’t have left.”
In Dallas, Lawrence and Parsons played together for four years. After being chosen by the team in the 2014 NFL draft, Lawrence established himself as a defensive line mainstay for several years. Parsons was selected in the draft of 2021. It appears that there is still affection despite the time spent together as teammates.
