Tuesday night, an Atlanta Hawks fan’s vicious tumble went viral on the internet after he tumbled hard and most likely tore his ACL in the process.
This random Hawks fan volunteered for a brief skills challenge during a timeout when the Hawks were hosting the Portland Trail Blazers at home.

With a horrific tumble on a layup attempt, his brief moment in the spotlight came to an abrupt end. My joke radar was pinging because it’s April 1st, April Fools’ Day, but that injury looked really serious.
He even seemed to be carried off the court on a stretcher. Who knows what threw this guy off his game in mid-air, but the clip is crazy. If this Atlanta fan sues the State Farm Arena mop staff, they may be perspiring. May his patellar tendon, ACL, or whatever was damaged, rest in peace. I hope he’s doing well and just taking a break.
