Bryonna “Bry” Burrows and Jalen Hurts are wed! The quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles, who is featured on the cover of Men’s Health magazine for May/June 2025, told the publication that he and Burrows got married this spring. By the time the profile was released, he told the magazine in an interview for the story, “You can call her my wife.”
The 26-year-old athlete arrived for the interview with a rumpled pink Post-It note in his pocket that included a heartfelt letter from his now-wife, according to Men’s Health:
“You are exactly where you are supposed to be. I love you. Follow God! I follow you.”
Jalen Hurts and Burrows’ love story
In September 2024, Jalen Hurts and Burrows first revealed their engagement in an Essence article that included a series of beachside engagement pictures.
The two, both dressed in white, were seen holding hands and grinning at the camera in one picture. There were candles all around them, and a violinist was performing in the distance.
The pair could be seen cuddling while gazing out at the sunset in a second photo. She placed her hand on Burrows’s back and he flashed a big, glittering diamond ring.
When Burrows joined the professional football player on the field to celebrate his team’s victory over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship in January 2023, the newlyweds were first connected. In April 2023, Hurts told Essence that he thought of himself as “spoken for,” even if he was “not married or anything like that.”
