Tank Dell, a receiver for the Houston Texans, underwent anesthesia to obtain the most bizarre and terrible tattoo imaginable while he heals from a horrific knee injury.
The 25-year-old Dell caught a wild touchdown pass from quarterback C.J. Stroud in a late December game against the Kansas City Chiefs, but he was undercut by a teammate in a bizarre accident that caused him to dislocate his left kneecap, tear his ACL, MCL, and LCL, as well as injure his meniscus in one of the most horrific injuries you will ever witness.
The opponents and his teammates were stunned by what they witnessed.

Although his knee has been mended following two surgeries, he is probably going to miss the full 2025 season with the Texans. Prior to his injury, he had 51 receptions for 667 yards and three touchdowns.
