Video: Neighbors Worried Over Armed Guards Patrolling NBA YoungBoy’s Mansion After His Release From Jail

NBA YoungBoy is back home, but he’s not taking any chances. After being released from prison, a video has popped up of armed guards patrolling his mansion in Utah. This young man means business!

NBA YoungBoy, a popular rapper known for his hits like “Outside Today” and “No Smoke,” has had his fair share of legal troubles in the past. So now that he’s out, he’s not taking any risks. He’s got armed guards posted up outside his house to make sure no clowns try to come mess with him.

On Wednesday (April 9), the Utah news station confirmed the Louisiana rapper has returned home after spending nearly a year behind bars on federal gun charges. The return of YB to his Olympus Cove neighborhood has also brought the presence of armed security guards, according to his neighbors.

NBA YoungBoy was sentenced to 23 months in prison last December. He had been in a Utah jail since April of 2024 when he was arrested for prescription drug fraud and firearms offenses. He was reportedly freed on March 24 and spent two weeks in a halfway house before being released altogether. The rapper will be on five years of probation.

NBA YoungBoy isn’t messing around – he’s got backup to make sure he can focus on making more bangers and building his empire. So if you’re thinking about trying to test this rapper, think twice – his armed guards are ready to handle business.
