It was intended to be a low-key evening. On May 1, Green Bay Packers star Elgton Jenkins and a few friends went to Atlanta’s King of Diamonds strip club to relax over the offseason. However, the night took a different turn when the group encountered unanticipated drama not long after entering.
Jenkins and his group paid the price to enter at approximately 11:30 p.m., but they soon lost patience when the atmosphere inside didn’t live up to their expectations, according to a report from TMZ Sports. They requested a refund in the hopes of minimizing their damages.
Tensions then started to rise. Police were reportedly summoned to quell an incident when club employees allegedly hesitated to return the group’s money.
Body camera footage showed Forest Park Police Department officers resolving the issue when they got on the scene. Luckily, everything quickly calmed off. The officers departed without issuing penalties or making any arrests, and the club ultimately returned the money.
