Fans Reject Will Smith’s Musical Comeback, Leaving Him Concerned About His Future

Will Smith has encountered unanticipated opposition to his attempt at a creative comeback. Smith has been under increasing fire for his recent musical endeavors and his acting career, which seems to be on hold, following his notorious Oscars incident in 2022.

The actor-rapper is currently facing criticism from the public as well as repressed anxieties of losing everything he has worked so hard to achieve.

Smith was once a well-known personality in entertainment, but after he attacked host Chris Rock during the 94th Academy Awards, his image suffered.

Despite winning Best Actor for King Richard, the incident overshadowed his victory and resulted in a ten-year suspension from Academy functions.

There are currently no planned acting assignments listed on his Netflix website, and his return to the screen with Emancipation was met with lackluster box office numbers.

Smith turned to music, releasing the singles “First Love” and “Pretty Girls” from his first album since 2005, “Based On A True Story.” Supporters reacted angrily.

According to Revolt TV, the accompanying video for Pretty Girls received backlash for its karaoke atmosphere and awful lyrics, and neither track made it onto the charts.
