During the summer, LeBron James has been the subject of many discussions. His most recent boat trip with the agent of Denver Nuggets player Nikola Jokic undoubtedly caused some people to take notice.
After the Los Angeles Lakers’ first-round loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves and a knee injury, James’ summer got off to a good start. He recovered enough to show off his golf skills in Ohio while sporting an eye-catching hat and to get rowdy with rival Draymond Green while dancing his tail off at a Bad Bunny show in Puerto Rico.
Many reports have been circulating that James and the Lakers may be on the verge of a split since he chose to exercise his $52.6 million player option for the 2025–2026 season. This is especially true after meetings with the team’s leadership sans James and new star Luka Doncic.

LeBron hasn’t seemed to be affected by any of it. He went to a beach party in Saint-Tropez, France, with his wife Savannah, where she smashed him in a gorgeous outfit, and he hugged Tom Brady on a yacht for another sporting event.
Speaking of Saint-Tropez, Jokic’s agent Misko Raznatovic was seen on yet another yacht with James and his longstanding business associate Maverick Carter. In a photo, Raznatovic would tag both of them and write:
“The summer of 2025 is the perfect time to make big plans for the fall of 2026!”
Is James discussing with him the possibility of forming another superteam in 2026 in Denver with Jokic?
