On the cover of Perfect magazine, Miley Cyrus showed off her enormous rib tattoo, going completely nude. When 32-year-old superstar Miley posted the picture to Instagram, her most recent effort sent fans into a frenzy.
Perfect Magazine shared the picture on Instagram with the following caption:

With her flowing hair falling loosely over one shoulder, Miley looked stunning in the chic black and white photo. The gorgeous vocalist covered her modesty with an outstretched arm as she gazed moodily into the camera. Additionally, she displayed her stunning dream catcher tattoo, which she has had since 2011.
