Here’s some juicy gossip for you – Olivia Dunne recently spilled the tea about catching two sneaky ladies gossiping about her in the restaurant bathroom while she was on a date with her boyfriend, Paul Skenes. Like, how rude can you get?
Can you imagine being on a romantic date with your boo and overhearing some girls whispering about you in the bathroom? Talk about awkward! But props to Olivia for handling the situation like a boss.
Dunne said she confronted two women who were having a conversation about her during a recent date night with her boyfriend, Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes.
The former LSU gymnast, who has been known to have her cheeks out on social media, found out that she wasn’t “chopped.”
In a video recently posted to her TikTok, the retired gymnast explained that she hilariously chimed in when she heard the two women talking about her appearance.
“So I’m just innocently peeing and there’s these girls that are communicating through the stalls and they’re like, ‘Did you see that Livvy Dunne is here? she started out.
Like, what is she even doing here?’ So then I stop what I’m doing and I try to listen a little closer,” Olivia Dunne said.
“And I kid you not, these girls are like my age, or maybe a little younger, but one of them goes, ‘Like, honestly, I thought she’d be more chopped in real life.’
For the much older crowd, chopped means to be unattractive or ugly.
“What?! I didn’t even know people used ‘chopped’ in their everyday vocabulary… So naturally I chimed in, and I was like, ‘Oh my god, I heard Livvy Dunne’s the worst.’
Then the young girl wanted to know more from the stranger who was chiming in.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model says she emerged from the stall just as the two women were washing their hands, and their faces turned pale white.
“I think I heard literal crickets,” she said.
To sum it all up, your biggest haters can also be your biggest fans, as they would want a picture right after the interaction.
“But then they asked me for a photo, and I took it.
“Anyways, funny story. The dinner was good. I’m glad I’m not as chopped in real life.”
Honestly, if I were in Olivia’s shoes, I’d probably confront those two gossip queens right then and there and ask them why they were gossiping about me. But hey, everyone handles things differently. At the end of the day, Olivia and Paul are still going strong, so it looks like those haters didn’t stand a chance.
