Cam Skattebo traveled to Madison Square Garden to watch “Monday Night Raw” but since the injured rookie running back confused it with The Judgment Day, he ended himself in the thick of the action, grisly busted ankle and all!
Dominik Mysterio started making fun of comedian Andrew Schulz, who was seated close to Skatt, as well as a few of his Giants teammates, including Abdul Carter.
The WWE Superstar turned to Skatt and shot him while Schulz and Mysterio were jawing back and forth.
“The only good thing that’s coming out of New York City is standing right in front of you. The only champion New York has seen in … Can you count, Cam? How many years? He don’t know. He can’t count!”
Cam obviously took offense by the remark and got in Mysterio’s face, so JD McDonagh intervened and asked Skatt: “What are you gonna do?”
In response, the rookie shoved McDonagh hard to the ground, sparking a full-fledged altercation between the WWE stars and his teammates, notably defensive end Roy Robertson-Harris, who punched Mysterio viciously.
Naturally, just a few weeks ago, Skattebo sustained a terrible injury that ended his season. During the Giants-Eagles game in October, the fourth-round pick dislocated his ankle. On the day of the injury, he had surgery and has been recuperating ever since.
In relation to Eagles, there were other teams present at MSG last night besides the Giants. Big Dom DiSandro and Cornerback Cooper DeJean were both there at “Monday Night Raw,” and the NYC audience mercilessly jeered them.
