The NFL star—who is currently expecting a baby with Cardi B—is the father of model Aileen Lopera’s 7-month-old daughter, her lawyer Tamar G. Arminak said in a statement.
“We can confirm that Mr. Diggs is the father,” Arminak told People Nov. 6. “And, we are hopeful that he will meaningfully contribute to the child’s life and coparent with our client who has had to do everything on her own thus far.”
The model requested sole physical and legal custody of the baby girl, named Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera according to the filing, while asking the court to award Diggs visitation rights.
Still, the sarcasm writes itself. One minute it’s touchdowns and contracts. The next minute it’s legal filings and DNA tests. Life comes fast. Sometimes faster than a wide receiver on a deep route.
