An NBA Executive is of the view that Ja Morant isn’t good anymore and also a pain in the a*s.
Somewhere in the NBA universe, an executive apparently woke up, stretched, sipped bad office coffee, and decided to drop the hottest take of the season: “Ja Morant is not good anymore.”
Yes. Someone actually said that. And by now, his phone is probably melting down.
As soon as this surfaced, the internet did what it does best, panic, argue, and trashing of the NBA executive.
An NBA executive says Ja Morant is a “pain in the ass, injury-prone, and not good anymore,” and people around the league compare him to John Wall and Derrick Rose, per @espn

One East executive told ESPN that Morant is “The combination of pain in the a**, injury prone, not that good anymore and big contract is a bad one,’ said an East executive, who added that he wouldn’t want Morant on his roster regardless of salary. Morant is only 26, but some talent evaluators around the league believe that his best years have already passed,” adding that he would not want him on his roster.
Some scouts feel Morant’s decline goes beyond injuries. They have compared him to John Wall and Derrick Rose, as both players also depended on explosive speed that faded after years of heavy contact. One West scout said, “Has Ja already lost his pop? When is the last time he put his chin above the rim?”
So, is Ja Morant “not good anymore”?
According to this executive, yes.
According to everyone with eyes, absolutely not.
