Chiefs haven’t been able to find their grounds following the incarceration of Superfan Xaviar Babudar, aka Chiefsaholic.
The Kansas City Chiefs are going through something right now. No, not injuries, not play calling and not bad luck. The internet claims the real problem is obvious. Superfan Chiefsaholic is in prison. And ever since then, things just haven’t felt right with the franchise.
For those somehow unaware, Chiefsaholic was not your average fan. He wore a wolf costume, traveled everywhere and screamed louder than the stadium speakers. He became a walking good-luck charm. Then plot twist. He was arrested for a string of bank robberies.
Since ChiefsAholic went to prison, the Kansas City Chiefs have:
– Lost a Super Bowl
– Lost Patrick Mahomes to a torn ACL and LCL
– Missed the playoffs for the first time in over a decade
– Finalized plans to leave MissouriHe was holding that franchise together. https://t.co/f5g1YPPQBI pic.twitter.com/u3WXPle86n

Since his incarceration, fans swear the Chiefs have been off.
Infamous Kansas City Chiefs superfan Xaviar Babudar is in prison. He will be there for the next 32 years following a string of bank robberies. The Chiefs fan was already serving time. His sentence is concurrent, meaning he’ll serve an additional 14½ years.
“It was offensive to me,” said Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler.
It appears he went to prison still holding Chiefs lucky charm.
Things have gone downhill since Chiefsaholic was incarcerated. A social media user posted the evidence. Since ChiefsAholic went to prison, the Kansas City Chiefs have:
Lost a Super Bowl
Lost Patrick Mahomes to a torn ACL and LCL
Missed the playoffs for the first time in over a decade
Finalized plans to leave Missouri
So until Chiefsaholic is out of prison, or at least allowed to howl from a distance, every struggle will be blamed on his absence. Could this be a mere coincidence or it’s just Chiefs going through what any team experience once in a while? The Kansas City Chiefs can’t wait for 32 years, it’s time they organize and be back in shape. In all, the team is definitely missing its wildest one.
