Deion Sanders is saying players transfer just for the money.

And this week, Coach Prime delivered another classic truth bomb: players aren’t transferring for opportunity or development or culture. They’re transferring for one thing, money. Just money. Only money. Nothing but money.

In Sanders‘ view, Colorado’s collapse was born months earlier, when players walked out the door in search of richer opportunities.
“When a guy leaves a program that selected him, picked him, or got him at the portal, he leaves for a multitude of reasons,” Sanders said.
“The number one reason people leave is money. It’s not a disdain for staff or players. It’s money. Let’s just be honest, man. Let’s stop sugarcoating this foolishness.”
At the end of the day, Deion wasn’t wrong, wasn’t mad, and definitely wasn’t surprised. College football has turned into a giant open-market bidding war, and everyone knows it, Prime just decided to say the quiet part out loud.
